For people who fear persecution in their home country because of their religion, political opinion, nationality, or who they are. A claim is won on your own account and the evidence behind it. We build your declaration with you over several conversations, gather country-conditions evidence specific to your situation and prepare you for the interview.

EB-1 & EB-2 National Interest Waiver
Green cards for people whose own record is the case - artists, founders, athletes and professionals with distinguished achievements. Both the EB-1 and the EB-2 National Interest Waiver can be filed on your own petition, with no employer. We assess your record before you commit, and tell you plainly whether you qualify.

Naturalization
Naturalization, including complicated histories. Before filing, we review your full record - old arrests, long absences abroad, tax questions - because a citizenship application invites the government to re-examine everything. We'd rather catch a problem before filing. We also prepare you for the civics test and the interview itself.

Appeals
A denial is not always the end. We challenge decisions before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office, and file motions to reopen or reconsider where new evidence or a legal error changes the picture. Deadlines are unforgiving - often thirty days from the date on the decision, so act fast!

Waiver of Inadmissibility
When something in your history blocks an otherwise approvable case - unlawful presence, a misrepresentation, certain criminal records - a waiver may open the door. These are won on evidence of hardship to your qualifying family members. We identify the problem before filing and tell you honestly whether a waiver is realistic in your case.

Most denials can be appealed or challenged by motion, but the deadline is usually thirty days from the date on the decision. Send us the letter and we will tell you which route applies, how long you have, and whether the argument is worth making.
